Belper - A really nice run actually although pretty tough! It went a little better than I had expected for my own personal performance in the current fitness stakes but must admit I didn't relax and enjoy until Julie and Prue had passed as I felt I should try and stay with them. Knew I wasn't able to though and then just relaxed a little and enjoyed it. Ran when I could and walked when it was an incline or I needed to get my breath back. No excuses though, this was the best I could do really at this moment in time. Had a few chats with a few different people along the way, which was nice, took in the scenery, got stuck in a stile type thing, and used the facilities of a public house too

The last bit was my ideal running terrain and there was a good 4M of it I'd say, flat and road, but I just didn't have the fitness in me to run it. Enjoyed it nonetheless and am very impressed by Prue's new found fitness after such a long injury break! I'm tempted to get me one of them

Would defo do this one again, and I'm sure all being well I'd knock a fair bit of time off as it's pretty runnable and the last section is ideal for me if I have the endurance!
