Notes & Comments
RACE: Bath Half Marathon. Great Race. Ran with Brian P for most of the race which was great for pacing. Felt good and strong for pretty much all the race, no real blips. Pushed on in the final mile and felt like I finished strong and could maybe have managed going a few secs/mile for the whole race. Still, I didn't want to blow up like at Bramley and was pleased to do pretty much exactly what I had aimed for: i.e. Reach 10M in under an hour and then try and hang on to that pace for the rest of the race.
