Grantham half with WJB. Perfect running conditions - wish I could say the same about the course....who put those vertical mile long hills in the way??? The gradient justified the walk and with the exception of the hills we had a nice steady pace all round. Flagging after mile 12 but was cheered on by my brother, wife and kids who unexpectedly turned up and got me that last bit home. Felt like an olympic athlete as they called out our names as we entered the stadium for the last lap! Good day, pleased with a PB and huge thanks to WJB who drove and kept me going. Anyone for Belvoir half??.....not!!

PB PB PB PB PB! Yay! PS Belvior is actually quite a fast course. certainly about 10-15s/mile faster than grantham:) (considering Belvior)
I did warn you about the hills!! The stadium finish is great - I love it. Very well done - you'll be quicker still next time
well done super effort, i would have much rather be running than working any day...
