3 x Curls 12/12/12 @ 13.25kg/basic crunches.
3 x Bench (narrow) 15/15/15/calf raises 4x10 with 5kg kettlebell/clamshells.
3 x Hamstring curls 8/8/8 @ 7kg/flyes 20 @ 3kg.
3 x Back squats 12/12/12 @ 22kg/side bends 2x20 @ 9kg.
Looking back through my training log, I never got above 9kg on the hamstring curl doodah.
