Cheers! Not quite breaking the sound barrier, but I did manage to outrun a few garden snails. One day I’ll catch that PB… or at least trip it up! 😄👟
Good luck with that mate, I don't think I'd manage a sub 25 currently but I'm very lacking in any running recently.
I did notice you haven’t been clocking many miles lately —hope all’s well. I remember the Heckington 10 a few years back, spending most of the race trying to reel you in! Hopefully you’ll be back out there soon, enjoying the miles— even if it’s just outrunning the odd dog walker rather than chasing PBs!
