Felt tired and achy when I woke up, so it took me a long time to get out.
Average pace after 0.2 mile was 10:53
0.45 mile was 11:00
0.6 mile was 11:05
0.8 mile was 11:05
Turned off Busway and got a following breeze
1.0 mile was 10:56 so the last 0.2 mile must have been about 10:35-10:40 pace.
