THAT'S LYTH LDWA EVENT. Pleased with this as thought it'd take me about 8 hours, but way below that. Took it very easy and pretty much walked all the uphills and tried to jog any flat/down roads and any other runnable bits. Delighted that I could still run at the end, although a bit stop starty. Feet okay in the brand new shoes with compeeds and tape on my bunions. Legs (and me as a whole) trashed afterwards and left with a niggle in my left hip which feels muscular - gluteus medius maybe. Won't run again until it settles and will focus on just keeping it moving and some mobility works.
