Nice one, with club mates?
Went with one, and there was another there. They both finished fairly well ahead of me though. I struggled from about half way, but managed to resist the urge to walk some of it. A cuppa and a bit of flapjack afterwards made the effort worthwhile!
You did well in the 2nd half then. A well deserved tea and flapjack. Nice to have company on the drive if not the run.
That’s probably why I was struggling. Clearly didn’t occur to be to slow my roll to a more manageable pace! Think I just wanted it done!
