Oh so my first comment did not in fact vanish without trace
Thanks mate. Achilles knows it’s worked hard but not painful. Nothing a couple of days off won’t fix I don’t think. Otherwise I’m ok but expecting trouble with stairs in the morning! It’s a long time since I ran that hard.
