Well done Ebb; that is a good time. I notice that your Fetch benchmark for HM records 2:23:19. Your next target will be sub-2:20, perhaps.
Thanks Evangel. I'm pleased with how it went as it was in torrential rain for the first 8 miles and the road was repeatedly water logged - the biggest puddle was mid calf depth for around 10 metres.
I have another HM at the end of November I'm hoping will be sub 2:20 or thereabouts - though I think it may be hilly so maybe not. My PB is 2:10 something but I'm nowhere near that level of fitness at the moment.
