Quy to Clayhythe then down the river to Swaffham Lode, across the fields for a bit to Lode village and back to Quy. I wanted to go a bit further as far as Upware but I was becoming overheated so cut it a little short. Lots of green everywhere and a few blue damsel flies along the river.
