Dinton Pastures parkrun (1st)
Lovely sunny summer morning and I'm feeling pretty good. Headed off at a pretty fast pace and thought someone would come with me, but I soon discovered that was not to be and found myself way out in front by the 1km mark. Didn't have the motivation to push things harder than I really needed to so settled into a comfortably fast pace and ticked over the k's picking up the pace a little towards the end just to ensure I snuck under 18mins.
