New Forest Half, 9th place from 1,100. 1st V40 :) good solid run. Lack of long runs rprobslowed me in last ferw miles. lost 25 secs when thought had gone wrong way. only 2.5M of road, mostly trail like New Forest 10 so happy. more to come.
