Crissy Field parkrun
First time for me on their new standard course, and I like it. It's still got a few sharp turns but thankfully no hairpin turnarounds.
Haven't run all week due to conferencing obligations so didn't know what to expect from my legs so aimed for sub-18 and prayed I could hold it. Well, I did. Managed to keep a pretty consistent pace for the whole run with a little left in the tank to speed up on the last two k's to ensure that sub-18. Felt pretty good the whole way through too.
