European Masters Marathon Championships in Wroclaw, Poland. Heart rate a lot higher than it should have been for the early pace. Paid for it from 12 miles onwards. Wee bonus of 2nd V40 team behind the Poles with Germany in 3rd. Temp ideal but hard work in windy stretches.
