Greenpoint parkrun
It's been six days since Comrades and I've not run a step since. Thought I'd head down to Greenpoint this morning to add another different parkrun to my tally.
Felt really good and was very surprised by it considering I'd run Comrades less than a week before. Had to slow down and wait for peeps to catch up to me as I was leading and didn't have a clue where I was going and there weren't any marshals or signs to direct me.
Finished off strong once I knew where I was going.
Great, flat and fast parkrun. Will be back one day to give it a good go.
Wouldn't trust the HR data too much as this comes directly from the watch as the battery in my HR strap is definitely dead.
