Deeping 10k, Still waiting for official time, measured splits in miles.

Feel like I've been waiting for this one for a year now as it was my debut race in 2007 with no help from friends, family - yes that's right, not even Eric - and not even a WJ. Ran with BFL just beyond the 7k mark, kept pushing hard then dug in deep down the last straight home where is was great to hear people cheering me on over the finishing line. Thanks OM for riding around the course, I was a little bemused by you standing at KM markers looking at your watch muttering - I go deaf when I'm running........too much blood gushing in them !! Next time take a megaphone ;-P
