Felt pretty easy until about about halfway. I didn't have an awful lot of headroom between easy running and heart exploding from chest. Heart rate was stupidly high all the way round which I'm putting down to the after-effects of the virus. Still, it was easily five minutes quicker than I though possible this morning so I'm happy with that. Good run.
