Notes & Comments

Yorkshire Marathon - Hard hard hard slog. Feel like I did 12 rounds with Tyson today. Pace was a push from the first minute but I refused to give up on it and I got away with it. Eased right up in the last mile when I knew there was no chance of a PB and sub 3 was in the bag. Felt like crying at the end with relief, feel like I can move on from marathons knowing I've done them justice and I'm unlikely to ever beat the times I've managed this year.
