Knew I was going well but did not expect to go as well as I did! 8th overall 2nd MRR and averaging below 6 min miles. Perfect racing conditions meant the pace was quick from the off, tucked in behind Colin, JP and Kevin from Keith. Turned at halfway and got stronger pushed on and managed to get a lead over my fellow MRRs, strong on the 400m steep hill at the end so well chuffed. Lots of PBs today probably due to the perfect weather plus the fact the course came up slightly short. Next goal - sub 36 at Baker Hughes.
