hamstring tight at 4 miles but able to keep running until about 17.5M when had to walk/run/limp to finish. Was on for 3:24 but still got a sub 4

Well done Marts, but I do hope you haven't done any long term damage. "Tight at 4 miles" was telling you something and it wasn't "keep going for another 22m"!!!
Grit and determination marts. Well done but hope you recover properly quickly
Ditto OM! Get yourself to a physio for some ultrasound etc to sort it out. Impressive commitment and a time to be proud of. Hope there is a break til number 10.
