It was almost certain that I'd manage a pb today but this was much faster than I expected. I deliberately didn't look how fast I was going for the whole race so it was a nice surprise to come round the corner onto the grass and still see 45 mins on the clock!
So finally this year a fast time!
Happy for once.

There was no mention earlier in the week that you'd manage a PB to-day, you only believe you can do it after you have!! Great run and no drop in pace into the wind as others have, well done
