Hot, hilly and horrible, part two. It's a lovely, lovely race but conditions were more conducive to drinking Pimm's in a shady spot than running around the estate this morning. Almost, but not quite a PW. Stopped for a drink at 5k and to help Richard from BRJ stretch out his hamstring at The Top of the Hill. Ran in with him from there to make sure he was okay. A very, very enjoyable and sociable run.
