MK half marathon. This must be one of the most boring courses about. Pleased to 6:40ish most of the way round worked hard but probably not flat out. hot day and after the 1st mile was just hoping to do about 88 mins so did it. 2nd fastest half marathon since Nov 2010. 28th of 1607
