Really good run at Albert Park.My best in over a year. Hope to run sub 20 at some point over the summer.
Garmin went berserk on the run and so tried to manually split at the km markers. It didn't like that either, I think it was 3:51, 4:07, 4:22, then it really went bang but did work as a stop watch. Made judging my effort and pace really hard. Finished 31st and am heading in the right direction.defintely run faster here than at southend.
Lauren was down supporting me and needed the boost each lap, the 3rd lap I was really having to dig deep. Looking forward to really pushing myself in the up coming races, 2 10k's and the southend HM in particular.
