Notes & Comments

1st Wimpole Parkrun. Tough conditions (wet and very muddy), hilly - basically a cross country run. Felt quite good on flat sections at start and end of course (sub 20 mins pace for 5Km) but lost time on the hilly, muddy sections. Happy with performance. Came 32nd out of 300 runners / 3rd for the club (after Vee and RDM).
