Notes & Comments

London Marathon! Felt o.k until about 18 where I started feeling faint. From 21 felt I just had to plod along at a pace I was comfortable with to get around without passing out, and kept pouring water on myself. Legs felt fine but it was my dizziness that held me back! Hospital people helped me at the end!

Pleased with my time considering how bad training has been the last month or so, plus the stress of work recently!
