Gloucester Marathon

Treated as training run. Got into a nice group for the first 20 miles or so. It broke up a bit after that and I tried to push on a bit. Quads started to get painful after 24 so had to wind the pace back a bit as didn't want to do any lasting damage.

Pretty happy with endurance though. HR showed there was more in the tank, although drifted a bit towards the end. Much better paced than last year.
