Radcliffe 10K MT race part of CLGP. Very good steady pace. Andrew shot off at start me , Ben and Daniel worked together and then with Andrew which worked well. Pace seemed steady throughout although legs going with a few very steep inclines throughout the race. 35th / 234 runners so wil pleased with postion and others who comepted with in recent weeks. Race shown as equivalent to 6.5 miles which is about right from times of winners and the rest of us.
