Notes & Comments

Great Langdale Half Marathon. Fantastic race! Sunny day, lovely scenery, well organised and lots of friendly folk. Bloody hard work (nearly vertical hills in some places)but worth it only about 9 minutes slower than Leeds half marathon back in May, expecting to be much slower than this given I had to walk/waddle up some of the hills so pretty pleased with the result. Hopefully be back next year! Official result 2:20:44. Had a couple of stops to take photos too.
