Ran the Notingham Marathon - forgot my cycling shorts so had to buy some at the event. I easily hit my half marathon target and this was followed by easily hitting my 20 mile target. Unfortunately from thereon I struggled but with 2.5 miles to go, I bumped into an old friend who was watching and his motivation got me through to the end to firstly break 4 hours and then secondly knock over 20 mins off my PB!
