Notes & Comments

Ellesmere 10k race today. Quite a mixed bag weather wise for today's race. A good route quite flat with possibilities for PB's enjoyed the race and felt a lot better than at Birchwood. Also quite a bit quicker than last week so pleased with the time. A good pace today and feel like I am going in the right direction. second best time at a 10k.
