Parkrun 5k. Yes, yes, it didn't really fit into my two weeks of being sensible before I did anything hard, but please note I stuck to my sensible plan of 8mm pace and didn't push. Felt good to be out there, and nice just to be taking part. Plus the wind and rain might have put me off going for a run so entering that made me run
Oh sorry for any miss clarification hyper crew, when I said I was a minute off my pb that means a minute away the wrong side, but all good considering if you ask me
