Grangemouth 10k. I still hate this run. I started off okay, then the wind was nasty, between 4-7k my shins were well sore and I thought about heading the short way back, but I could still see my pace maker at that point, granted she was quite a bit in front but it kept me going. Felt a bit better after 7k, fatboarder passed me looking very fresh and motivated me, so stuck in and nearly caught the pace maker
It's amazing how last week at alloa felt easy and today the legs hurt. It's a pb by a few seconds, but a course best by a few minute so I should be happy
Well done to all the FVH today, great running. And everyone else who ran.
