OK - that was HARD!
REALLY hard
From about 17 miles, my legs told me that they weren't happy with doing a second hard marathon in 2 weeks, and I was probably saved by an impromptu toilet stop that V HAD to take (That was the 11:31 mile)<br>
But the plan was sub 3:45 - and we flippin' well did that<br>
So I'm REALLY happy about that
