Notes & Comments

Set off at a fast pace in the Self Transcendence 5K in a sub 17 attempt going through 1 mile in 5.24 but just couldn't maintain the pace over the 2nd and 3rd mile. To top it off I have picked up a niggle in the hip/groin area so may take a couple of days off (aye right that would require some common sense).
