Notes & Comments

Well. Medbourne had no parking available due to cycle event so we parked in Blaston and did the mega hilly route. Clearly need to work on hill running instead of always choosing the flat as I was dead by the time we left Horninghold and had to walk up some of the hills. A lesson in how I am not as fit as I think I am and why I need to mix my training up more.
