Arrived in Mckenzie country. Final speedwork session. Hideous conditions. Really heavy winds. Horrible session in general really. Hopefully that's the bad one out of the way. If it's like this on Saturday, I stand no chance of aPB. So I'll just have to enjoy the scenery instead. Five days to go.
