Notes & Comments

Goyt Valley Challenge. Cracking day out, though I certainly felt the 4,600ft of climbing and my legs were killing me at the end. Managed to keep going okay though and was quite pleased to even run quite a lot the last couple of miles when downhill, though did find the flat running along the res almost impossible. Quite a bit of muscle soreness from the weights workout the day before which really probably wasn't a very good idea.
