Chessington 10K. Engand qualifier but not happening today. Very windy and had Fibro spell all week. 80th place and 9th V50 :-O

miss out the Thursday speed, legs didnt need it. tuesday one is perfect

In week after, affected my mood, so tired, Weds worse day and then gradually better. Appetite affected till Thursday.
