Virtual Half Marathon and despite being stupid enough to choose a hilly route I was rewarded with a PB. 😃
I'm delighted as I haven't run that far since January, and despite finding it hard in places especially in the last 3 miles I kept pushing myself and kept the pace going.
I'm now thinking I could do 2:10 in a flatter race with others to push me along and chase down. 🤔

Thanks Evangel. The hills were mainly in the first half, so once I'd got to halfway I could push the pace along more consistently.
