California Park parkrun (2nd)
Keeping up with my streak of new parkruns, headed over to California Park parkrun to punctuate my long run.
Interesting course and definitely not a fast one due to the sharp turns in the woods in the first and last k's and the hairpin turnaround just after half way.
Went out a little fast but soon started feeling this week's training in my legs. Held on as best I could.
