Abington 10k 2017

Not completely flat out. I left my inhaler at home by mistake this morning so I didn't want to push myself into an asthma attack. I ran at a mildly uncomfortable pace most of the way round. Lost concentration coming through the village and slowed unnecessarily there but found a better pace and rhythm to finish. My legs were fine today if a little stiff and sore afterwards. Happy to post a Season's Best.
