SVHC 5k Championships at Clydebank. Ran with no watch and battled the entire way with Yana Thandrayen. Passed her after the first lap, but she sat behind me for the remainder of the race and I managed to hold her off to finish 2 secs ahead and 3rd female! Best race I've had for ages, felt in control. 15 secs PB despite feeling off balance with left glute niggling since Sunday.
