The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Sandy 10. A lot hillier than my Test Track 10 and after 5 or 6 weeks of very inconsistent and indifferent training I wasn't in great shape and it showed. 5 minutes slower and I'd give 1.5 minutes to the terrain and the other 3.5 to my poor fitness.
In better news, I weighed myself twice this week and was 12 stone 7 and 12 stone 9. Both definitely lighter than I have been of late.
Had fun pushing myself hard which I don't do for much of my training and the hill work definitely helped.
Went to Chris and Howard's for a BBQ and a catch up afterwards which really made the trip.
I worry Brighton Marathon won't quite be what I had hoped. If it turns into a training run for Stratford so be it, but after Stratford at latest, I need a Marathon PB!
