Fancied a treadmill run for its own sake.
Dr Hook. 8-10km/h. Was going to stop at 30min, then 40min, but the way the tracks landed I had a long cooldown. Never felt hard, could have done more but thought I shouldn't since it's my first treadmill run for a while and I don't want gubbed legs for tomorrow's hike.
