Rutland water parkrun.
5kpb!!! Yay.
After a nice evening drinking I really wasn't sure how this would go. Thought it was too optimistic to go for my ultimate 5kpb so the aim was to get a parkrun pb (27:27). However, ably assisted again by jinksy as pacer, we ran much quicker than planned - especially in the last mile. So, really pleased again - and only 8 days after the 10k pb!
