13 miles with 8 at MP? Ha, ha! Never intended to. Nice wee run just with Paul in the end. He was doing 25 as prep for Jed 3 peaks 38 miler in October. Nice to chat. Lovely conditions. Didn't run Fri or Sat. Fri was busy with S's surprise bday party and Sat I thought I was doing breakfast for her guests, but not really an excuse as had plenty time later in day. Just lazy! :-O That's OK sometimes. Very tired on Sunday's run, and quite sore, stiff legs after too. :-) G
