13 miles with 8 at MP? Ha, ha! Never intended to. Nice wee run just with Paul in the end. He was doing 25 as prep for Jed 3 peaks 38 miler in October. Nice to chat. Lovely conditions. Didn't run Fri or Sat. Fri was busy with S's surprise bday party and Sat I thought I was doing breakfast for her guests, but not really an excuse as had plenty time later in day. Just lazy!

That's OK sometimes. Very tired on Sunday's run, and quite sore, stiff legs after too.
