Notes & Comments

3 x 2k, with 60s breaks. Brutal. Started from a different part of the canal path, with the aim of removing the bit of cinder track at the end... but somehow I still managed to reach said track. The satellites played with me a bit today, I think. Also the watch is determined to switch to km's on me, so there was a lot of mental agility required to stay on target. According to TomTom, the splits were: 8:47, 8:55, 9:12 (with the last one including a lovely show and go on a metal canal style, and more than a bit of swearing. Still very pleased though, and hopefully doing wonders for my 5k time.

Edit: last week's intervals (adjusted, because they were a bit short - gah) were 9:03, 8:53, 9:16 - so I'm pretty pleased :-)
